So which university is it?

There's one school in particular that in my mind is essentially head and shoulders above the rest with the exception of another band that's usually nipping at their heels. They're quite good, but definitely not as much as the first. I'll keep those band identities to myself for now as I'm curious to hear other opinions.

Criteria to consider:

Drill Precision
Performance Execution
Sound Quality
Drum Major(s)
Dance Team
Stand Performance

I think an easy way to determine frontrunners is to ask yourself 'was this performance YouTube worthy?'

Isn't Grambling State the most famous HBCU marching band in the world? And Morris Brown College was the featured antagonist band in "Drumline" (along with a famous OutKast song), so those have to be the two you're alluding to.

Actually no, I wasn't referring to either of those schools. This is strictly based on precision/dynamism, not necessarily fame or notoriety.
