Denver gonna hit the 90s this week. After Monday though, highs will be in the 70s for a while.

Oh the first thing we did when we moved here, right across the street from a creek, was hire a mosquito company to spray during the season - haven't seen a single one since then. I hate mosquitoes and I want to sit out on the patio!

Citronella candles don't seem to work worth a flip.

Today's high is supposed to be 72. I love it! It inches back up to the mid 80s or so by the end of the week but that's OK too. Cooler temps are here, but I am not lulled into a false sense of security - I know I'm going to get hot again before I can pull out the scarves and cute boots!

71 degrees here today at 3 p (I believe that's the high for the day), cloudy, light rain. Perfect for me! I'm about to make some hot tea in fact. Nice.

I love fall.

We've got scattered thunderstorms and rain over the next few days but after that, things are basically "sunny, highs in 80s, lows in 60s" and I like the sound of that. I like some rain but I don't care for a lot of overcast weather.

Being near Houston, I just want temperatures in the 60s soon. I haven't been outside in temperatures lower than 72F since May I think. Although, it is better now than it was during June-August, so that is a plus.

Fall is so pretty though, the colors and the weather make it perfect

Yes. I am going to make a trip back to Denver just to see the foliage in the mountains.

I'm gonna also say this, unless you've actually lived in a city, you can't be a SME on their weather. It's like me going to NYC in August and saying "man it's way hotter than Dallas" for one day. That's a disingenuous argument.
