Those are... really weird demographics. Tons of people in their 20s but almost no kids and almost no women who are having kids, highly educated yet a decent percentage of foreign-born people, very few veterans, very high mobility. Do you live near a grad school or something?

For several decades it has been a mix of young bohemian types, immigrants and a smattering of others, more recently yuppies have started to move in. It is a transitional area between a wealthy neighborhood to the west and a poor one to the east.
