You can afford Spokane and Coeur d'Alene.

Southwest flies to Spokane, Boise, Salt Lake City, Albuquerque and Reno, just to name a few.

Isn't Reno crazy expensive to rent and live in right now ? Some of my research they says rents are high and hard to find and traffic is bad .

Would it be possible to live in coer de Arlene and commute to spokane airport

What exactly is "crazy expensive" to you? Reno is pretty affordable and I thought traffic was nothing.

CDA is only 40ish minutes away from the airport. I suppose that's "commutable". Don't forget to factor in winter driving. But why not look into Spokane if you're checking out CDA?

My BIL is looking to buy in Post Falls because he can't afford CDA.
