I lived in a warm climate and tried to move back to a 4 seasons climate and only lasted a year! I can't do snow either.

I don't think most people have lived in HOT heat to be able to make a valid comparison. I've not been to south Florida since I was a kid vacationing there one summer. Although I was very young my most vivid memory was that it was miserably hot. But it really just depends on what you are accustomed to I suppose.

For me four seasons. Now, I would be OK if my winter season was in Miami, but Spring, Summer, and Fall definitely in the North.

I've lived in hot heat for most of my life, although not as humid as Miami. Now I live in a four season climate and I will take four seasons with lots of snow and below zero temperatures over the hot heat any day.

I live in the hottest major city in the US, and I still choose no winter

Those are big extremes - annual in Miami vs. annual in Chicago. I'd still go with Miami.

I am living in the warmest city I would ever want to and it is a 4-season city. Just getting our first frosts of the season, nice and brisk.
