Not by overall importance but by economy and skyline based on population. This is mostly based on first impressions and demographics. So yes population and geography and not so much on overall importance.

Wilmington, DE, because it's by far the most structurally dense city. All of the neighborhoods surrounding Downtown are chock full of rowhouses. Looks like a miniature Philly or Baltimore.
