Was looking into Boise and that city sounds awesome, but the summers sound like they're way too hot.
I'm Looking for a city that has 4 seasons, but a mild, not scorching summer, like San Diego and a (some snow, not deep freeze) winter like Boise. Also, more dry than humid is a plus. Does any city like this exist? Looking forward to your comments.

I wouldn't recommend Alb. to anyone. It's in last place in so many important catagories. Very lax on criminals as well as their activities. In the last week: couple prostetuting their 7 yr. old daughter, multiple homicides. Auto thefts no longer any prority.

Santa Barbara, a flawlessly beautiful city overlooking the Pacific. Everyone there is rich and beautiful. All the businesses there exist to kiss their ass. A Port-A-Potty costs $3M if it has an ocean view. What could be better than that?
