Wow! I am quite familiar with Nocatee and Bartram Park in Jacksonville. Had no idea they were that high!! (Well Nocatee I guess I knew but not BP)
There is another one under development now, but much closer to Jax's core, called Tamaya. It will probably land somewhere on this list for 2018. They began infrastructure work and presales this year. It will include all kinds of housing types, including a retirement complex I believe. While none of these are particularly notable from an urbanist perspective, at least Tamaya will be well-situated smack dab in between downtown Jax and the beaches. About 15 minutes either way and along the future BRT corridor.
Bartram Park is classic sprawlsville, a car oriented ring around the next outer exit from previous development. Nocatee is even farther out, but at least in some ways they attempted to design it with new urbanist, walkable features. (but it wasn't done very comprehensively or successfully)

Yeah, Nocatee ranked pretty low this year they had been the #3 community for two or 3 years before. I think it was more of other communities picking up the pase this year 28% of the communities are in Florida. Yeah, it will be nice to see what Tamaya turns up looking like.
The Villages is a creepy place, IMHO. Where the Stepford families go when they retire.
