I think Providence and Richmond are similar. Both are state capital cities of similar size, have a lot of history, and are home to several colleges/universities. Both have an artsy hipster vibe.

St.Louis Louisville Lexington Charleston Richmond and Norfolk are all the same cause they are on the same interstate.... Honestly I'm being silly there.
