Almost the entirety of Fort Bend County, Texas
750,000 people
90,000 dollar median income (Top 25 wealthiest, No county above it has a larger minority population)

Demographics Based on 2010
White- 36%
Hispanic- 24%
Black- 21%
Asian- 17%
Other (Mostly Mixed)- 2%
Because of Texas Laws many suburbs are unincorporated, so I have to go by zip codes.

Based on 2016
Katy (Partly in Fort Bend/ Harris and Waller Counties) (~350,000)- 100k median income
44% White, 32% Hispanic, 11% Black, 11% Asian, 2% Mixed/Other about ~350,000. 77494, 77493, 77450, 77449, 77094, 77084 (small parts)

Wealthier parts demographics (~190,000)- 124k median income
54% White, 21% Hispanic, 7% Black, 16% Asian, 2% Mixed/Other 77494, 77450, 77094.

Sugar Land+environs (~140,000)- 109k median income
40% White, 11% Hispanic, 7% Black, 40% Asian, 3% Mixed/Other

Missouri City+Sienna Plantation (~110,000)- 99k median income
38% Black, 29% White, 16% Asian, 15% Hispanic, 2% Mixed/Other

Richmond (~130,000)- 92k median income
40% White, 27% Hispanic, 19% Black, 13%, 1% Mixed/Other. 77407 (arguably the most racially diverse zip code in the U.S), 77406, 77469

Their are other cities/suburbs but they are smaller or less wealthy the above 4 are the main ones in the area.
Check out their Household Income. For these suburbs except for Fulshear and Rosenberg in the future, the city limits is were the suburb ends.

Meadows Place- 85k
Mission Bend- 62k
Four Corners- 70k
Stafford- 59k
Fifth Street- 27k
Fulshear- 167k
Rosenberg- 47k

Woodbridge Township NJ appears to fit: https://www.woodbridge.k12.nj.us/

It is in Middlesex County, which is the county that Piscataway and South Plainfield are in. So, portions of that county would fit. Edison is another place in that county that is up there as well. From those communities: https://nces.ed.gov/globallocator/in...=7&CS=47EDF850

Adams County, Colorado (suburban Denver). About 50% white non-hispanic, 40% Hispanic, 4% AA, 3% Asian/Native American/Hawaiian-Pacific Islands, 3% two or more. (All numbers rounded.)
No "white flight" that I am aware of, mostly good schools. Legacy High School band just went to NYC St. Patrick's Day parade and was voted "Best Band".
(Minority enrollment 31%.) https://www.usnews.com/education/bes...gh-school-4355

RTP area in North Carolina specifically Morrisville and Cary. I would also include Chapel Hill.

Also, Canton, Novi and Ann Arbor in Michigan.

Columbia, Maryland. Excellent schools, and highly integrated for many years.

I think in the Atlanta metro area, Fayette County is a great example of a community that is culturally diverse and economically successful at the same time. Gwinnett County is middle class as a whole, but has some blighted areas and portions of the county are no longer all that racially integrated. Fayette has some of the highest ranked public schools in the state of Georgia and is not racially homogeneous at all.

-Pretty even split between Black and White with a notable Korean pressence as well.

I would say Upper Darby too as that is one of the most diverse areas in all of Philadelphia but there has been recent fears of increased crime

Oak Park, Evanston, and maybe Forest Park IL are the go to suburbs that have a decent amount of blacks without white flight in Chicagoland. Bolingbrook, IL towards the southwest/Will County is also an honorable mention, though its white non-hispanic population may fall out in the plurality in 20 years or less. It's currently 40% white non-hispanic, 26% Hispanic, 19% Black, 12% Asian, and 4% mixed race. Skokie is another suburb that is ultra diverse, even more so than its neighbor Evanston, but the dominant minority there are Asians with blacks at 6%. The same is the case for Naperville, which is not really thought of as racially diverse. In truth, much of the racially integrated suburbs around Chicago will have a sizeable to large Asian population, with white non hispanics being largest group or in a majority of over 50%.

Plano Texas.
