I remember going through Dayton, but remember very little about it besides it seemed very bland. Anyone adverstising 300 rent is for a reason, that is desperation.

Well if wages are low in the area and it's not a sought after city, then it makes sense. It's much different than in New York where landlords can charge 1500 to live in the hood.
