I know Philly is a much larger city that looks to be going towards the right path, but you don’t think BMore shares a bit of some similar issues to Philly? In regards to crime, graffiti and QOL?

Baltimore is a large city, but we don't share the same issues as Philly outside of crime maybe.

It's somewhat of a thing that in the Twin Cities there is some pride among some locals that we are always rated a great place, but that no one comes here because of the cold. So essentially it mostly stays the way people here like it because of the brutal winters vs. Seattle or Denver where people are flocking, and subsequently the cities change more because of it, resulting in some loss of what people used to like about it.
