Big cities and friendliness usually don't go together, but there are exceptions.

What big cities do you think have the most friendly people?

From this specific list, I’ve had good experiences with the general public in Atlanta, Dallas And Philadelphia.

Friendliest was Chicago.

Philadelphia and Houston are also pretty friendly.

Dallas/Houston

I always feel like the Black women in Atlanta are a bit more rude towards me, especially the older ones. (I'm Black, relax)

I've dealt with friendly people in all of these places, some a bit more so than others of course.

I would go back to any of them. And I admit to being totally biased, but I know that I live in the friendliest big city in the States.
