CLEVELAND has a series of OLD MONEY suburbs, they include:

Bratenahl
Gates Mills
Shaker Heights
Cleveland Heights
Hunting Valley
Pepper Pike
Chagrin Falls
Orange Village
Moreland Hills
Waite Hill Village
Kirtland Hills
Willoughby Hills

Clifton Park in the western suburb of Lakewood
Rocky River

There's a lot of OLD MONEY in the city's older and well established suburbs.
