Kevin Costner grew up in Villa Park in Orange County, polar opposite of Compton in every possible way. I grew up in Orange County in the 1970s and 1980s, and would have loved to have lived there in the 1940s, particularly in Newport Beach. Thanks for the footage down memory lane.....looked really nice in the footage.

I know he grew up in Villa Park, but he lived in Compton for a few years as a kid. Look up his autobiography, unless you are saying that it's lying and that he never lived in Compton ever
