I don't think Chicago would be what he is looking for. He listed no NY, LA, or Vegas, and I think Chicago would fall into that category. He explicitly stated that he wanted a quieter place with a slower pace of life. Thing is he didn't state
how slow he wanted.
Maybe one of the upstate NY cities like Rochester or Buffalo?
