Integrate Sensor readings file with internet cloud (university, design)

Hey We are trying create the predictive monitoring system for Air ducts of our university,
We are using around 15 wireless temperature sensor which is creating the mesh network with IOT development board,
Till this I am able to check the readings and create the CSV files in memory,
But Need some suggestions to send the data to internet cloud's database and design a dashboard with bar-graph which uses CSV format files to create the graph
I new to cloud area, your leads will be appreciated.
