Which other warm winter cities/areas feel like Western Austin (TX) and South OC (CA)? (suburban)

I like these areas! Safe, upscale, mild winters, hilly, debatably sterile/new, suburban but with many amenities, and so forth.

Is there somewhere else besides Western Austin and South Orange County which feel a lot like this? Ideally, we're talking about somewhere that's attached to a sizable metropolitan area.

I've had California friends tell me west Austin looks just like OC. Sorry, that's all I got, can't really think of a place like that off hand.

Northwest San Antone reminds me a lot of West Austin although the landscape is not quite as pretty in my opinion.

Forsyth County or North Fulton County in GA.
