Albuquerque is way bigger than the other three, and Reno is a good bit bigger than the other two.

I think Bend is the nicest of all the four choices. If one is lucky enough to find the right work/life situation to live there its an excellent area for recreation and pretty good weather for Oregon. Skiing Mt. Bachelor with its treeless summit going down the slopes past lava formations was unforgettable. It's a gorgeous place, and close enough to Portland to make an urban weekend out of it.
