Scandinavian/Nordic Spas, and dog sledding anywhere in New England/Upstate NY (2015)

Any places where scandinavian/Nordic Spas are popular past times, in New England or Upstate NY? I am especially interested in New England or Upstate NY as it is close to me.

What about Dog Sledding? I usually go to French Canada for both the spas, and dog sledding, but if I can get do within driving distance be great. So preferably in the Hudson Valley, or lower New England.

What about Ice Fishing? I am curious are these activities popular in other areas of the Continental USA? I guess these be limited to everything north that is east of the Rockies, and in the Rockies where it gets cold enough.

Outdoor Spa, do you mean like a hot tub?

If so, Bethel Maine might fit the bill. The Grand Summit Hotel has outdoor pools and hot tubs (as well as a nice indoor spa), and they have great dog sledding nearby. Also this one.

I'm not sure about oudoor spas, but I know Lake Placid, NY has dog sledding.

A hot tub, and then seating area outside, plus a cold pool, and even a frozen river with hole poked through so you can take a dip.
