Many places may have more Africans than the Twin Cities, but the Twin Cities probably has the highest percentage black population that is not descended from enslaved Africans in America. I would say 15 - 20% of the blacks in the Twin Cities are Africans

Interesting didn’t see many Dominicans when I went to GA but saw lots more Haitians

From what I know the African population is more heavily based in the suburbs, similar to the Latino population.
