My favorite TV show to take place and be filmed in Albuquerque is Breaking Bad.

My favorite movie to take place and be filmed in Albuquerque is Lonely Are the Brave.

However, the upcoming Breaking Bad movie which is currently being filmed in Albuquerque may become my favorite movie made here.

Fargo is a fantastic film. Though doesn't take place in St. Paul, I may or may not move to Minneapolis soon anyway... either way, Twin Cities!

Can't think of a video game that takes place in Minnesota let alone St. Paul.

Movies shot in Seattle is a long list.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...hot_in_Seattle

Of these, I think these seven caught the city the best (chronologically):

It Happened At the World's Fair (Elvis!) 1963
Cinderella Liberty (James Caan) 1974
McQ (John Wayne) 1974
Fabulous Baker Boys (Bridges boys) 1989
Singles 1992
Sleepless in Seattle (Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan) 1993
Disclosure (Michael Douglas/Demi Moore) 1994

What... no "Say Anything" or "10 Things I hate about you?"

There was a movie and a TV show that were made and ficticiously placed in my small town in Ponca City, OK.

The movie was from 1947 and was called "The Stranger from Ponca City." The show was circa 1990 and was called "Sugar and Spice". I don't think it made it through it's first season on one of those minor WB type networks.

OKC had "Saving Grace" with Holly Hunter that ran for several years about a decade ago.

There have been quite few movies that have been filmed partially in this area through the years. Rainman and Twister being the most notable. They did a movie that was adopted from an Oklahoma author here about 5 years ago. It was a murder mystery starring Casey Affleck that was set in west Texas. I remember the OKC shots were supposed to be Fort Worth.

Both good films...though "Say Anything" didn't have a lot of real Seattle locations.

San Diego is vastly underrepresented in film and TV.

The only TV show I can think of that really embraced the city was "Terriers" on FX.

San Jose: Good Doctor now and Parenthood in 1990 with David Arquette, Leonardo De caprio and Ed Begley; also Silicon Valley on HBO. Last Man on Earth partially took place in SJ.

Those living in NY have an unfair advantage.

My favorite San Diego TV show was Simon and Simon. I also liked the A&E reality TV show Family Plots from San Diego.
