Oh totally agree on Paradise and others being Clark County. But the city of LV still includes the downtown area and places like Summerlin. I'm not a LV expert, though, so does downtown actually have any locals living in it yet that would call more in the category of "healthy living?"

Henderson based on demographics and income should be the top, but I bet it has to do with how suburban it is and how it's a top retirement destination for wealthy car-loving people often from car-dependent and unhealthy states. The young population moving in from SoCal should skew that, but I guess not enough.

You could be right on the zip code thing. Again, I was unaware that some zip codes include LV city and Clark County together.

Only a piece of Summerlin - more is in the unincorporated County. Much of the City of LV is lower middle class as is much of downtown.

The only sensible way to deal with Las Vegas is to use Clark County. Any other division is misleading.
