I live in Maryland. I would have to go west all the way to Columbus, Ohio to hit a major city I haven't been to.

Hard to answer because I've lived in a variety of cities across the mid atlantic. But there's no major one I haven't technically been to unlees you consider Rochester, NY major. to the west, I've been to the Indy 500 but not really DT Indy. thats probably the closest. Or Detroit, been to the airport but not the city.

It's not that bad.

My state’s largest city I’ve never spent any time in is Concord, NC’s 10th largest city (150 miles, 2 hours 18 minutes). Norfolk is the closest city in the top 100 largest US cities (190 miles, 3 hours). Baltimore is the closest top 50 city (297 miles, 4 hours 30 minutes)

I drive through Mobile several times a year from Baton Rouge to Pensacola or Gulf Shores but have never stopped there (except for food and gas stops in the suburbs but not downtown) though it would be cool to visit the USS Alabama, especially since Under Siege was filmed there.

I've never been to Houston except to the airport. Houston is about 4.5 hours from me and I live east of Baton Rouge. I don't really have a desire to visit Houston, don't see anything there particularly touristy except maybe NASA Mission Control, and I've already been to Cape Canaveral. I've also never been to Austin and never felt a desire to go. The closest city to me I really want to visit would be San Antonio because of the Alamo and also Waco to see the site of the government massacre.

I've also only driven through Jackson, Mississippi and never been to Shreveport.
