When another city not named New York, Chicago, Vegas, Boston or LA gets an Eataly, I’ll be impressed.

ETA: Looks like Dallas is next. Okay, scratch that.

I think Vegas and I know Boston has one... I know DC was supposed to get one in 2016 I believe and is still in line to be next.

I had no clue there was 6 in NOVA alone.... compare that to the entire Atlanta area having 5 and 5 for the entire state of NC, that's pretty impressive.

It's all good. But it's a good barometer for now before it gets more mass marketed. DC should be next.. I dont recall what happened in 2016 for it not happen.

Philz (SF, LA, SD, Chicago, DC) & Blue Bottle (LA, SF, DC, NYC, Boston, Tokyo, Seoul) are some other good options.

Didn't realize Apple Stores were rare in some parts of the country. In SoCal, there's one in just about every mall I've been to. In Glendale there is one at the Glendale Galleria and another at Americana at Brand. Google maps say the stores are about 1000 feet apart walking.

It used to be, people used to wait in line for openings...they were at one point only in the premiere cities... now its just a barometer for local wealth...

Aw man ,I been liking some of these new threads you guys have been making lately, CD has been a fun read these last couple of days, This is a Neat Thread Idea
I have a Few

Cheesecake Factory, It's funny how most of these BIG cities take it for Granted, But when Your City doesn't have a Cheesecake Factory, it's a Big Deal

Ikea is another

Dave &. Buster like Cheesecake Factory when you have it it's taken for granted But When a City doesn't, it's much Sought After

Here's a BIGGIE: ... MADAME TUSSAUDS you Know the Famous Celebrity Wax Museum, Only Cities like New York DC Los Angeles and Las Vegas and London have them Nashville just got one.....Heck I don't think Chicago even has one. You Get a Madame TUSSAUDS in your City You up there with the.Big League's

Apple Store

If a City has at least One Mall with Versace, Burberry, Dolce & Gabana, Fendi, and Gucci etc

Multiple Mercedes or Cadillac Dealerships

A BENTLEY Dealership

A MASARATI Dealership

A PORSCHE car dealership

One of My Personal Favorites a RAINFOREST CAFE in your city

A Ritz Carlton Hotel says something about a City

Waldorf Astoria Hotel

A Hard Rock Hotel

A Trump Tower (lol I know that's divisive but your city is huge if you have one)

Well that's my list a City has "Made it" or Arrived if it has at least some of these

Saks, Neimans, Tiffany, a RR dealer, a Bentley dealer... And you definitely were wise to add Four Seasons and Ritz to the list of options.
