All I know is that DFW has seen the fastest population growth in terms of numerical change compared with ANY metro area. The metroplex is ENORMOUS.

There is no real answer to these types of questions. It is what you are looking for and what you prefer. If you prefer real lakes and seasons it maybe the Twin Cities. If you prefer warm weather with a growing economy, than it maybe the Metroplex. It's w/e you prefer. No answer on here will mean this area is better than the next.

I voted DFW - becuase I LOVE Fort Worth. I wouldn't want to live in Dallas though. If Fort Worth wasn't the way it is - I would choose MSP.

ya they do plains. i just thought it would be interesting to match these up in a poll because both DFW could be called a "twin cities region" also...

You must be very new. When you ask broad questions such as this, it will slowly proceed into a pissing contest and you will have people become offended if they say the slightest negative about their area. So, what are you trying to do? Are you trying to choose between an area to live or are you just wanting a city vs city competition which leads to nothing.
