My partner works for Boeing and says he can work in Seattle, OC or Washington DC.

Due to health reasons I need to leave the high altitude of Denver and would prefer a small town or a safe town for an adult handicapped daughter.

Of the three places (Seattle, Wash DC or OC) which is the best place to fly in and out for work? Any suggestions on small towns--not suburbs--that are doable from those places is also helpful.

The cost of living in all three is way worse than denver, that is why flying in and out seems like an option.

If you mean from and to Denver then it would need to be a place out west. DC wouldn't work well. On the other hand, if you moved a bit close DC could work well with it's subway connection at DCA.
