Did you read this in your morning paper? --- Recent data indicates housing slide has reached it's bottom. The U.S. economy is ending the year with a hopeful set of reports showing that consumer confidence soared in December and the worst of the downturn for the battered housing market may be over.

Check the news on the internet - the reports are all over the place.

we have a 9% drop forcasted for Florida. House prices are going up in affordable areas like Texas and Georgia

I want the market to continue declining...for sometime...until I'm ready to buy.

Wait for the interest rates to fall at the end of the housing recession. That will signal the end of the burst.
