77/100

Nearest school: Oxford Beyond Tutoring (does this really class as a school).
Nearest Bookstore: Teach Mart (I'm not sure this counts as a bookstore)
Nearest Restaurant: Dominos Pizza (don't they deliver?)

I could go on, but you get the point. Still, I'm glad to see that most people here think it's fairly accurate-it will be a useful tool for me when looking for a new neighborhood.
I've done this particular link before; I feel it is very inaccurate for my neighborhood. It ignores a park that I walk to every day, etc.

It's pretty inaccurate...It said that Raytheon was a library. But my old apartment in Isla Vista, Ca got a 63 (which is bogus since hardly anyone drives around town). My parent's house in Moreno Valley, Ca got a 12/100.

Default Nice walking here

Your tester gave me 46 out of 100. I wouldn't feel unsafe if I walked out my door right now and walked a few blocks to downtown and it's midnight. Hardly even see any body out late anyway. I wouldn't feel unsafe at all.

100/100, the road is a ways away from my neighborhood, so theres walking paths everywere.
In this town we have the same side walks going from the start to the end of the town.
But the freeway that goes trough here does'nt have sidewalks, lol.

Theres a lot more sidewalks in Europe compared to the US.
I guess it's because almost everybody has cars in the US, but in Europe theres not as many peaplo with cars, so thats why they have more sidewalks.

9/100 for my neighborhood. There are few businesses within walking distance in this suburb.

There are beautiful walking trails and parks, though...while their algorithm doesn't take that into account, it was a major motivation for us to choose this area.

Wow. not even close. They gave us a 49 out of 100. The thing that gets me though is they have places listed as 5 or 6 miles away that in reality are 350+ miles away. The have grocery stores, coffee shops, bars, bookstores, and such listed for Marquette, Michigan as being in the next town over (Ludington, MI which happens to have a Pere Marquette Highway for a road.) Then they have stores and shops listed that haven't been in business for 10 years and don't have ones listed that are open now. Gas stations listed as grocery stores, An elevator listed as a school (all schools are single story and NONE even have an elevator). No parks, even though I only live a block away from one. They have 1 pharmacy down twice and using the same exact address for both, give their locations as 3 1/2 miles apart (both of which are wrong I might add).

This isn't even close to accurate. Shoot this isn't even close enough to be taken seriously at all. Useless is such a small word for how bad that site is.
