I said SD, but it was hard to choose between SF and SD. I eventually chose SD because I am biased towards SoCal. However, it sounds like what you want. The weather is better than SF year round which means u can go to the beach more often. There are plenty of young areas along the coast like Pacific and Mission Beach. Downtown is also good with the Gas Lamp Quarter for nightlife and entertainment with the beach not too far and the sports stadiums not far. SD is close to skiing in the LA area.

I voted for Denver because I think it is a great place for any age and it is so close to so much recreation. The mountains are breathtaking and the climate is warm and dry. I visit Denver often, so I am partial to it. It's just a great place!

Seattle because I have lived all over the world and this is one of the most interesting cities. Why? The people of Seattle are really welcoming to outsiders, since there are lots of transplants there. The climate is good and there is an abundance of things to do, outdoors, indoors, arts scene and food scene!

This is my best pick for now, at this place in my life. I have have to admit that I have not been to all the cities on the list. But I have to say, there is NO WAY that I would move to Indianapolis.

Seconded. San Francisco, Seattle, and Denver would be my top 3.

I chose Pittsburgh, only because it is "home" to me, for now anyways It is a great city. It has a good university. The Pro sports teams are the BEST--of course, I am very partial to the Black & Gold. You also have 4 seasons.

Seeing as how the OP's name is CObound and Denver is the only Colorado city on the list, I voted for Denver.

I voted for Seattle because the views of the Sound and the mountains are stunning. San Francisco is hilly with great views of the Bay, but I feel like it's too congested nowadays.
