I'm absolutely beat trying to find the perfect location, so I'm offering $100 to someone who can help me out.

I am looking for a place that meets the following criteria:

Rent no more than $900-$950/mo.
A nice location, basically just not in any ghetto.
Also, there needs to be a community college nearby that accepts international students as well as having a course in Cosmetology.

my prime choice would have been Torrance, CA as it is a fun city and has it's nice areas, however i only find rent for 1200+, anything lower is a roomshare or ghetto.

im willing to relocate anywhere in america so as long as it is in a nice-sized city, and not in the desert or someplace like temecula.

so if you're willing to do some research and u find what im looking for, id be more than happy to hand over a bill for your efforts as it means the world to me right now to find a place with these criteria. payment can be mailed, paypal, or in person if u were wondering

You can find plenty of studios and some one bedrooms in San Diego for that much. A one bedroom on my street in the community of Pacific Beach in San Diego is going for $975/month and is 8 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to bars/shopping/food. It's not ghetto and is a young and very fun community to live in.

thanks so much, ive looked into SD the other day but the problem is the school there has a wait for cosmetology and the next acceptance for international students is in Jan and then again sometime in the middle of the year so that excludes SDCC

Have you checked the other community colleges not in the San Diego Community College District like Palomar JC or Mira Costa in Northern San Diego County? Also check out Southwestern JC in South County and Grossmont JC in East County. They might have what you are looking for since they are not in the SDCC District.
