During the winter i keep the heat between 64 and 66........if i'm freezing i'll put it on 68, but that is rare since natural gas is pretty expensive.

It really hasn't been that hot here yet, but i've had my AC on for a month. I like to sleep under a warm blanket and my bedroom is upstairs, thus hotter than where the thermostat is. Anyway, i keep it on 68, sometimes i turn it up to 70, depends on how hot or cold i am.
