The Crater Lake plates in Oregon are great.
I also love Wyoming's and Montana's.

California's and New York's are very disappointingly plain for such populous states.

New Hampshire, "Live Free or Die".
Wyoming plates with the cowboy image.
Solid copper Arizona historical vehicle plate.
Alaska plate with the dog team and big dipper.
New Mexico, Land of Enchantment.

Not a US state, but this rare one is very unique:
Canada / Northwest Territories plates shaped like a polar bear.

Maine and Maryland.

Rhode Island is kind of nice too.

Utah used to have nice plates. New ones don't look very good at all.

Colorado's plates are classic. I also like Wyoming's bucking bronco and South Carolina's palmetto.

I liked the Kentucky "Raisin Bran" sun plate, too. It always cheered me up a little.

You are all about promoting this new plate aren't you?

You seem to like it, I will withhold my opinion....

My fav state plate, the old Michigan ones with the Mackinac Bridge; I also like the Kentucky plate.

Arizona
Colorado
Idaho
Maine
Montana
Nevada
Oregon
South Dakota
Utah
Washington
Wyoming

Western states tend to have the best plates in my opinion, with the exception of Maine. I hate Missouri's new plate by the way. That bluebird looks like it was stuck on there with photoshop. The current ones are much better.
