for me: 5'9_ 175 athletic built.
I'm 5'9" and 158. I have a thin but muscular build (I lift weights 4 days a week and run)... If I put on 18 pounds, I'd have a HUGE stomach

I think it all depends on your frame. Thin vs. stocky. I talk to some dude at the gym who's my same height, and he's more stocky build and weighs at least 10 pounds more than me, and no way is fat. I love exercise!

yeah and I'm thin built too, I think it has a lot to do with genetic makeup and food intake also obviously. I know some people who are not thin and are 165 plus my same height, pretty interesting stuff. Exercise is great, you're in the right city for it.

6'2'' ~230 pounds....not a fatty. It is all about diet, rest, and exercise selection which will remain a secret. Let's just say I laugh at what most people do. Only place where you can pinch an inch is my lower stomach.

255 but I'm NOT a fatty! I'm 6'5" and big-boned. My skeleton weighs at least 220.
