Nice Thinking!

New Texico... basically west texas, with El Paso as the major city in the state. It would start 40 miles west of san antonio on I-10 and include the bend region, and the northern border would be the midland area.

that would be a good name for a new state and West Texas is like Eastern NM and the El Paso area is more like NM than it is Texas, and anyways I think El Paso at one time was New Mexico,I remember NM wanting to take it back, something like that.

Default Guam and Northern Marianas

they should be allowed statehood, as a reward for not having chosen independence, unlike their neighbours, the micro island states of Belau, Micronesia, and Caroline islands.

I've been to Guam and the (CNMI) Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, and in my opinion these islands should be reunited and should follow the path to Statehood.

Guam has a U.S Military Base,English is widely spoken and the locals are very Patriotic.

The combined landmass and population for Guam and the CNMI is not very large, but these islands are strategically located which is extremely important for the overall security of the United States.

Oh and just for educational purposes, the natives of Guam and the CNMI are called Chamorro's and are classified as Pacific Islanders.
