The crime is mostly in the Northern and southern areas of the city proper, the western areas are fine, they have all been annexed by the city here's a small map of the city proper


The north eastern areas are the crime areas so are the southern, the western areas west of that northern peninsula like thing are fine, so are the central eastern areas

Here are the southern suburbs in Sarpy county

La Vista

and Papillion, these are the nice southern suburbs with really good schools

This is Gretna another nice suburb which is growing fast
WOW......you know the Omaha metro inside and out! ever think about running for mayor? seriously...I can see how much you really love the area.....politics might be a good place to be for you...id hire you for chamber president in a NY minute....or is that an omaha minute?

I still need the info on your price ranges so I can see what you can get or if you can get one of the nice condos downtown

Also wrong (except for Ft. Myers which is very right). The older category would be anything but the major cities, exception West Palm area.
