Why is that? Seems like he just judges people by their looks

This is funny. The only reason why I find this humorous is because of the NUMEROUS posts/threads from folks in California and the Northeast that keep commenting on how they feel they would be discriminated against, not fit in, etc IN THE SOUTH or TEXAS. Just go glance at the Texas board and the Dallas board and you will see PLENTY of threads from people saying:
"I'm ______ (AA, Asian, from the UK, etc), will I fit in?"

I can honestly say in my 42.5 years on this Earth, I've never seen an Asian with "cat eyes".

Was your cousin perhaps talking about Vulcans?

As far as a place to live - tell him to move here to Atlanta. There are no black or Asian people here. I promise. He'll love it.

I once had a job with a municipal public transit service. Customer called and wanted a ride but told the dispatcher "not to send that colored person."

She shot back "which color was it?" That shut him up.
