I spent a couple of weeks in Louisville and found the people to be very cordial and in some cases even friendly. Cincinnati is also pretty good as is Denver.

I've been in Denver dozens of times and I have never even come close to having an upset with ANYONE! Everyone is always so nice! I love it!

Default New Orleans with many close behind

I have been to New Orleans a few times and I have never been made to feel as welcome as I was there. I think that Denver and Portland are a close second.
