The portion I quoted and the thread I was following wasn't about best cities, but major, world-class cities. I was responding to the notion that you wouldn't consider Dallas and Houston world-class cities, but would consider Atlanta such. Best cities, okay, that's highly subjective, but I thought you meant that Dallas and Houston weren't major, world-class cities like Atlanta, which struck me as odd.

I thought it was weird too, since Houston and Dallas rank higher than Atlanta on that world standards link you posted!
