I would live in Monteria Estates in Chatsworth (California).
Two main reasons:
All of the homes are mansions on a minimum of 2 acres of land.
I like to see open spaces and mountains when I look out the window, not a bunch of buildings.
If you want to see open spaces and mountains there is probably somewhere better than the valley....you could have a mansion on more than 2 acres of land in Montana or somewhere.
If you took Miami, SD and Atlanta off and added Houston, Philly, Dallas and DC then you would have all the world cities in the US on this poll! That being said, I chose Boston from the list because of the history, vibrancy and sense of community I felt during my several visits there. Nothing beats beacon Hill or a walk in the common!

- The place I selected has mild winters.
- The place I selected has access to close-by shopping areas.
Nope, I'm pretty sure they are all world class cities.
Nope, non world class. DC is the strongest of them, but the world class cities to me at least are New York, London, Paris and Tokyo
