Alaska has more coastline than all the other states combined. Check out Alaska real estate, Alaska oceanfront properties sale, Alaska Beach vacation homes sale

If you are young here's my suggestion:

Buy some property at 2-4' elevation and wait for the beach to come to you!

Global warming and all that. Already the ice floes are breaking off the antarctic shelf and that's just the beginning.
