california is ranked 46th out of 50 for educated residents? I guess that doesn't surprise me! Texas is 24th by the way!

It's because we're too busy making money, what with our GSP, per capita GSP, median family income, and median household income being so much higher. Also, we have less people (including children and elderly) below the poverty line, and lower unemployment.

From what it looks like, alot of hate crimes in California too per capita. I thought California was all surfs up and chilled!
