Average highs and lows for St. George, Utah (from the St George Area Visitors Bereau)

High-Low
January 54-25
February 54-25
March 66-36
April 74-45
May 85-54
June 95-63
July 102-71
August 99-69
September 92-62
October 80-51

I am sure it can get lower than 54 in the daytime, but hey, I'd take that over our winters anytime!

Well, actually, maybe it wouldn't be the greatest winter getaway spot, but it's deffinatly a great vacation spot!

Like I said, daytime highs are decent, but nighttime lows are below freezing, and not much different than Chicago's nighttime lows. If they want a winter getaway, look no further than south Florida where temps are in the 60s/70s/80s in the day and alot warmer at night than southern Utah. Naturally though, Utah is gorgeous and offers tons of outdoor activities, if you dress for it.
