Speaking as someone who is part Japanese, that was a rather insulting comment. Sorry to say, you cannot escape people and how they look, like it or not. No matter what color people's skin color, there is no such thing as segregation.

Wow this seems a little (if not alot) racist to me. To name one specific race and claim they don't like cold, is wrong.

yeah that makes a lot of sense considering there are no blacks in Detroit, Chicago, Philly, NYC, etc......
