I vote for my our anual West Indian day Parade(Labor Day Parade) held in Crown Heights, Brooklyn

I haven't been to one of this magnitude where I actually felt comfortable around everyone (mainly because my fam is from Panama). It's like one big minority party to be more clear lol.

Opening Day Parade in Cincinnati. Sometimes its snows, sometimes it's 90 degrees, but it's always a party!

Chicago's five largest parades are:

Bud Billikin Parade on the south side. It's the largest African American parade in the country. The figures are from last year.
Attendance: 1,200,000

Downtown St. Patricks Day Parade: 850,000

Gay Pride Parade: 450,000

South Side Irish Parade: 300,000

26th Street Mexican Indep. Parade: 300,000

Maybe so. The Laborday/West Indian Day parade I would say is the largest "Minority" parade in the world.

During the 1960s, another Trinidadian, Rufus Goring, brought Carnival to Brooklyn. In 1967, Goring passed the reins over to Carlos Lezama, who later became president of WIADCA and who nurtured the organization and carnival celebrations until 2001. Mr. Lezama's daughter, Yolanda Lezama-Clark was subsequently elected President of the organization. as of 2007. The Labor Day Carnival Held in Crown Heights, New York, by overall attendance in is largest street fair in the world (over 4.0 Million)out numbering the carnival parades across seas, Trinidad, Brazil, London.

I wonder how anyone forgot to mention San Francisco's Gay Pride Parade...

I think it's one of the largest parades in the country (if not the largest).

Denver:

St. Patrick's Day parade
Columbus Day Parade (one of the biggest in the country, supposedly)

Louisville, CO:

Labor Day Parade, second largest in Colorado. A great time is had by all! Lots of politicians, Shriners, drill teams, kids' groups, horses, and more!
