i grew up in new haven - but its a very international/ intellectual (yale) with nyc culture so, i never felt the small town thing even though i went to a small town high school. and manhattan was 80 miles south..so that was our local airport (la guardia/newark) ..

so no....

We live in small town,de,usa. In a 2 story home that was built in 1897. Our regular electric bill ranges from $ 200- $500 a month. It is getting harder and harder to pay our bills. To the point we may have no choice but commute 2 plus hours a day where pay is more.
Hopefully the job market here will go back up (husband is a carpenter and has been layed off 6 months of last 2 years).
I pesonally would like to live either in small town where neighbors are like familly or just move to an island somewhere.
