Ah, but Carolina BBQ is an Eastern NC thing, not so much a Charlotte thing. Go get Carolina BBQ in Greenville or Elizabeth City.

Who said Kansas City was Southern? All I did was relay what the Food Network did in a BBQ taste-off. They didn't say KC was Southern, either. But KC does claim to have good BBQ.

Ditto here. It's really a terrific city. We were very pleased when we moved here. One one hand, it's kind of a shame that people don't know about it. On the other hand, it's probably a good thing that people don't know about it.
