I'm putting Minneapolis down, not only because I'm biased, but it's truly breathtaking around the lakes and I don't think many outsiders know this about Minneapolis.
Amazing beaches/water, palm trees, brightly colored buildings and hot bodies come to mind. I also get beautiful imagery of nice blue skies when I think of Miami.

Savannah
I also love Newburyport, Portsmouth NH and Gloucester/Rockport but they aren't really big enough to be considered cities
