Been to Philadelphia in Late April. Gorgeous with the purple trees! Plus the old school architecture mixed with new school. In the Midwest, we dont have those 300 year old buildings!

Most cities are beautiful in their own way, but I'm partial to palm trees and warm temps so I'd go with Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Orlando, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Phoenix, and definitely Las Vegas.

For non-palm tree cities, I'd go with NYC, Boston, Seattle, Vancouver, Montreal, Chicago, Ottawa, Washington, what the heck I'll throw in Philly, too...

Default Phoenix

Phoenix looks pretty good (although I think that sky has been enhanced).

Aw man! I wanted to vote Seattle because, let's be honest, it is a BEAUTIFUL town with mountains on two sides, a ton of water, beautiful summers with clear blue skies and hardly any rain (despite the reputation of it being grey 110% of the year), and has plenty going on.

Outside of my home town of Seattle, I would vote for Chicago. The lakefront really defines downtown and provides an awesome skyline view. A lot of the neighborhoods have history behind them and IMHO the people are beautiful, if hurried.

I would also vote for Port Orford, OR, as a beautiful town, and Stevenson, WA. THe former is a small town that I enjoyed but is more of a retirement town with gorgeous views, and Stevenson likewise but in a gorge.
