Those B'more ones will really enhance the city, especially that first one- what a great site with that existing, modern park adjacent to it (I love the natural grasses). I think there is an existing parking lot where that third one is (between the Examiner Building and the building with Filenes and Panera)- maybe they are going without a 'crown' to compliment that existing/historic building (name?) behind it. Thanks for posting those up.
Yea, Definently. 10 IH is the one that gets most of the hype. Its location is definenlty prime real estate. I hope when/If its built it turns out better than the renderings!

300 East pratt st right now is a parking lot, yes. That could be true, but I wish the tower behind it was historic! haha Its Commerce Place/former Alex brown tower.

The Sad thing is that the Flat top skyscraper has become a Baltimore 'thing'. We really only have one building that pierces the sky (the William Donald Schafer tower). I just want it to end!

great pics of Silo Point

They're unsure about The Chicago Spire right now, they don't have the money to build it right now...
So if they build it, it's going to take more time than they planned.
Or something like that...

Anyway, I look forward to Freedom Tower more than the Chicago Spire.
Just think Freedom tower will turn out prettier.
